Children Logo Designs

May 11, 2016

Updated: 2 Mar 2022

Designing logos for children’s products/services is always one of my favourite. Maybe because the brief (most) always involve these values: “fun, bright, happy, joy, colourful”.

I work with a lot of  baby and children’s start-up businesses helping them to create their children’s logo designs, branding and  children’s website designs. These are the some of my favourite (at no particular order)

 SplatMaths Logo Design

The SPLAT-maths company provides STEM-based educational programs to children in preschool, Foundation year, and early primary years.  Their programs build capacity in Australia’s long-term productivity through STEM literacy in the early years.

I was involved with the team initially to create ELSA logo that is inline with SplatMaths, another STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Math) program for daycare, childcare and kindergartens.

ELSA (Early Learning Stem Australia) App Logo

Working with children educational and development programs is definitely a passion of mine so I jumped when University of Canberra contacted me to work on this children’s logo design.

ELSA (Early Learning STEM Australia) is an initiative from University of Canberra to encourage preschool children to explore science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through experience, represent and apply learning loop.

Lollipop Creative was involved in creating the branding identity and stationery for ELSA. The branding identity is designed to be adaptable when it is used for the mobile and table app, so our challenge is to create something that can be easily animated.

The luxury brand is about providing the best for your baby. In this example we can see that baby logo design doesn’t have to be  bright and colourful.

Our target market is proud and nurturing parents who feels the joy and warmth and so our approach to this logo is simple, warm and nurturing image that draws the attention for the parents in the way a mother looks at her newborn baby.
