One of a great ways to nurture your customers are to provide them with values. Think about providing them with a simple solution that may improve their lives. Give them access to a simple/easy resource or a tool that will help them complete a task faster. For example, I’ve created several mini courses on branding foundation & web planner that will help them to write their content in the most strategic way. When I finish a website for a client , I add them to my free resoures in the knowdlege bank only accessible for existing clients, such as free SEO minicourse, free tutorials on graphic design , etc) that will make their life easier.

One of the best ways to nurture your email list is through a nurture email campaign. These emails are intended to connect with your subscriber by delivering value and building trust.

This creates an ongoing relationship between the subscriber and your business. Addressing the reader in the email encourages a sense of connection and builds trust with the reader.

Your nurturing email campaign needs to include a value proposition to your reader. The value proposition will be the reason you are sending the email. Use content as a key component of your nurturing email campaign. Make the email unique and appealing to the reader. Include entertaining, informative content, such as videos, infographics, and images.

Provide them with value and stay up to date – Be sure to provide your followers with useful information by sending them a weekly newsletter. They should receive at least 5 emails per week. Ensure that the information is relevant to them.

This is a great way to get in touch with your audience on a day to day basis. You can tailor each post based on their personal preferences and feedback. You can also keep an eye on their likes and interests by looking at their likes and comments.

Communicate regularly and answer questions – Be sure to communicate regularly with your audience. In order to stay relevant, you need to be regularly updated with what is happening in your business and be willing to help them.

Always remember the customers who have been loyal to your brand. You can do this by sending them a special thank you like a discount coupon or code, a free gift, or a special price /early access to a new service or product.

Maybe send them exclusive sneak peaks on new products – It is important to show customers that you are sharing your most exciting new products with them before they are released.
