What can we achieve in half/one day?
Every VIP Design Intensive is unique, and what happens during your day all depends on your specific goals & needs, but here are some things that my past clients use in their additional VIP days:
- Adding & Styling more pages
- Set up blog
- Adding in more lay out to your website such as FAQ, dropdowns, testimonials, blog, pricing blocks
- Troubleshooting website
- Stationery and marketing collateral based on existing logo guideline
- Landing Pages for your promo (half day for 4-6 sections or longer landing page with thank you note might take longer)
- Creating more icons or element for your branding that you can use moving forward
- Social media graphics

How Does it Work?
Book Your Date
Choose a date and pay to secure your slot to have your website created.
Please allow at least 1 week to prepare your content to ensure everything is ready to go on your chosen date.
Get Prepared
Collect your your content, images and task list into our shared Google Doc and jump on a call with me to discuss your plans and order of importance.
VIP Day
Here’s where you get to see your project unfolding before your eyes.
The whole day is dedicated to you only.
Post Launch
Email support will be provided for the next 7 days. You will also have all the documentation you need to get started at your fingertips.

When you book a day with me you are booking my time, not a set of deliverables. My 15+ years experience & our streamlined and efficient system will allow us to achieve maximum results in a minimum time.
Typical completion of the Design Day will depend on the project scope, feedback, and revisions you request as we go through the day. As you book me for a day, there is no limitation on how many changes you request within our time limit. If additional time may be required, we will discuss your options as we go through the day.
I work through your needs in order, setting out the strategy, making the framework first and then tackling the design from the top down (or the trickiest!).
So what’s the deal?
Full Day Intensive (Returning Client only)
Deliverables:
- kick off call
- 6 hours of implementation of design projects on VIP Day
- 1 hour of revisions post VIP Day
- 7 days of e-mail & text support (for questions that may receive written response or short video tutorials. E-mail support does not include additional design.)
INVESTMENT: $1450(+gst)/day
Half Day Intensive (Returning Client Only)
Deliverables:
- kick-off call
- 3 hours of implementation of design projects on VIP Day
- 0.5 hour of revisions post VIP Day
- 7 days of e-mail & text support (for questions that may receive written response or short video tutorials. E-mail support does not include additional design.)
INVESTMENT: $750 (+gst)
Power Hour (Returning Client Only)
Deliverables:
- no kick-off call
- 1.5 hours of implementation of design projects on VIP Day
- 0.5 hour post revision
INVESTMENT: $375 (+gst)
Ideal for that extra thing or small tweaks, copy and image updates.
What does it include?
Prior to the day
- Free Strategy Call or emails to ensure that I will hit the ground running and maximise our day
On the day
- A dedicated day/half day to tick off your list.
- Instant Feedback & Review: With immediate feedback, instant revisions and time to focus on just your project we never lose sight of your goals.
Additional Tweaks After our day
Once you have slept on it, you may have some final changes you would like to implement. You get a bonus hour of development or post-fix so we can make small tweaks to what we have done on the day
Post Support
- Following our day together, you will have 7 days to email or message me with any questions that you have about the work that I completed for you. It is my goal to empower you with the skills that you need to manage your brand and/or website on your own, so if you’re stuck on how to do something, just ask! (excluding power hour)

Will I need to be available during the day?
Yes, I will need you to be able to give quick feedback and answer any questions that I might have during the day.
What would the day look like?
Every VIP Day is different, depending on your priority task list.
We will start off the day with a kick off email with estimate check-in times for parts of or process. This milestone will help you to plan your day ahead.
You can expect pretty frequent communication on that day so the faster I get your feedback, the more we can accomplish during our time together.
Once we are confident we are on the right track you can relax and let me get on with it and I’ll let you know when it is ready for the feedback.
Because I will be needing your feedback throughout the day, I would recommend that you book the day when you know you can clear your schedule.
How long do I need?
Send me an email and I can estimate how long I think we need. You can always start with the lowest package and increase if the time is not enough
What happens if we need more time to finalise the work?
Prior to booking me, I recommend that we spend time together on the discovery call, where we can have a chat on the minimal viable deliveries on the day so you know what the least that you will get by the end of the day.
The completion of the work will all depend on the complexity of the site, your prompt feedback and your commitment on the day.
If we get to the end of the day and you feel like you need me to do some more work, not to worry!
You can book an extra day, or even half a day intensive so we can get to the finish line.
What does A VIP Design Intensive day look like?
Every VIP Day is different, depending on your priority task list.

What do I need to prepare?
Prior to our Design Day, I’ll send you your preparation guide and content planner for you to upload before your booked date.
For branding, I’ll ask you to fill in a branding brief so I get more clarity on the business and you’ll also get access to my interactive moodboard mini course (don’t worry – it’s fun!)
For the website, you will need to prepare the following:
- Professional or stock images
- Text for the page (we will give you access to our checklist)
- Social media account links
- Branding assets
- Website Domain*
- Website Hosting**
*Domain name is the URL that you type on the internet browser to get to your website. This is where your website address. You normally pay annually for the subscription and need to be renewed to make sure you can still use the domain name.
**Website Hosting: This is the storage where you have your website built, and directed on the domain. See our hosting and care plan below.
When we work together for a day, it’s important that you show up to the day prepared with everything I’ll need in order to make it a success, and I set aside a full day dedicated to YOU, and only you.
Payment & Cancelation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book out my calendar or pay in full. The remainder is payable 24 hours before we work together.
Your payment secures the slot in my calendar and allows me to give you my undivided attention.
This also means I can’t take other work. No refunds are available from the time of booking. Additionally, no refunds are considered during or after the project period.
If you need to change the date, you can change it once by checking my availability on the website and let me know at least 7 days before the design day.
Please note that I am often booked out so this will affect your timeline.
