What is a care plan?
Your website is your 24-hour salesperson for your business and service/products, so it is important to look after it.
You can totally take responsibility for this yourself but if you want me to do this for you, I’ve got your back! I help you to get that peace of mind that all software is up to date, secure against any unwelcome attacks and that it is actually online and operational for your customers and users.
Clients enrolled in our managed hosting and care plans gain access to premium features such as the Divi premium theme and agency-level plugin licenses, which enhance site speed, SEO, and design capabilities.
With our developer’s licenses, we ensure these tools are regularly updated for the duration of your care plan subscription.Â
can i sign up to your careplan if i already have a hosting?
All care plan packages come with hosting included.
We only provide maintenance for the websites we host. It’s just not efficient for us to deal with different hosts if there are issues. Plus, we’re familiar with our hosting’s speed, reliability, and features, which help us work faster and get things done more smoothly.
How often do you update my website?

The number of plugins and the type of plugins on your site determines how often we will update your website.
What happens if I don't keep my website up-to-date?
Contrary to what people believe, websites are not set and forget.
If you don’t keep your website core, theme, and plugins up to date, your website is at risk of not performing well or getting down, slow, and more importantly at risk of getting unwanted attacks.
While you have your plugins in tact, not updating your WordPress and plugins might break the website or stop it to function the way it should be.Â
Do you host emails?
Web hosting providers usually focus on hosting websites and managing web servers. They tune their infrastructure to efficiently deliver web pages. Managing email services requires different skills and infrastructure, including mail servers, spam filtering, and security measures.
It’s more effective for companies to concentrate on one area and excel at it, rather than spreading resources across multiple services.
For that reason, it’s actually a good idea to keep your email management separate from your website for security reasons and that’s why we don’t manage emails within our hosting.
We recommend using platforms like Zoho, Rackspace, Office 365, or Google Suite for your emails – they’re awesome at keeping things safe and organised. See my resources page for more information.
What are plugins?
Plugins and extensions enhance your website’s functionality by adding features like contact forms, social media integration, SEO optimisation, and more.
Why do I need premium theme & plugins?
Although WordPress is an open source platform, the themes and plugins vary in scope, quality and price.
I work only on with the best professional themes and plugins that make it really easy for you to use and update your website.
In order to get support from the developers of the themes and plugins, as well as automated security updates, you need to pay for a license.
As care plan customers, you will have the benefit of using my developer license which will allow me to use it on your websites.

What is in the website care report?
Can I cancel anytime?
The minimum commitment is 12 months. There are no refunds. You can upgrade your account if you require.Â
If you decide to cancel after your minimum 12 months, I will package up your website files and deliver them over to you to host, manage, and maintain your website moving forward in 7 days.
We’ll include a copy of The Website Owner’s Manual which will help you keep track of all the important details about your website; including logins, routine maintenance, & answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you have continued success with your website.
You will be responsible for acquiring the premium plugins we use for your website but we will give you the list so you can purchase it yourself.
Can I start my careplan at later stage?
Sure! We charge a one-off comprehensive Website Tune-Up service, which includes complete security scanning, full website backup, speed optimisation, broken link fixing, software updates, and suggested plan if there are more fixed to be done.
The Website Tune-Up is available for a one-time fee of $300 (+gst). Afterward, you have the option to join one of our Website Care Plans for ongoing support.
