By purchasing a digital product or service from Lollipop Creative Studio, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Refund Policy
Given the digital format of our products and the instant access provided upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.
Prior to making a purchase, please carefully assess the theme demos and features. If you have any queries, please contact us at hello@lollipopcreative.com.au before proceeding with your purchase.
2. Copyright & Usage Policy
By purchasing a WordPress template from our website, you agree to the following terms:
Single-Use License: Each template purchase is intended for use on a single website. Breaching this policy may require the purchase of additional licenses and/or immediate cessation of all unauthorised installations of the theme. We reserve the right to deny future products and services to individuals who breach this policy.
Breach Penalties: Breaching this policy will result in the denial of any future customer support, even if additional licenses are purchased after the initial breach.
Client Work: If you are using this WordPress theme to create designs for clients, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these web designs as your own custom creations.
No Reselling or Sharing: Reselling the design, claiming ownership of the design, or sharing the WordPress theme, graphics, files, or any design elements provided in your purchase with others is strictly prohibited.
Ownership: The design is copyrighted by Linda Bradley, who owns the rights to all designs, custom structures, and files (excluding any placeholder photography) included in your purchase.
3. Theme Support Policy (Standard Template)
Your standard purchase includes three months of support to assist you if you encounter any technical issues with the template files.
However, we are unable to assist with general WordPress queries, custom coding modifications, or independent software conflicts. Specifically, template support excludes the following:
Modifying or extending the template beyond its original features, style, and functionality as described on the template product page and live demo.
The independent installation of WordPress on your own website or a client's website.
Issues with general Divi theme or plugin conflicts on your website that might cause errors on your own website or a client's website.
Issues with your web hosting, server environment, or the independent WordPress installation on your own website or a client's website.
Product Updates: You are entitled to receive all future template-specific updates for the lifetime of the product, until the product is officially retired or removed from the shop.
4. Done-With-You (DWY) Suite Add-On Terms
By upgrading to the Done-With-You Suite, you agree to the following additional terms and service boundaries:
Divi License Key: You will be assigned your own premium Divi API license key, providing lifetime access to the Divi theme's updates delivered directly to your WordPress dashboard.
Divi Support Boundary: This license key grants you theme updates only. It does not include direct access to Elegant Themes (Divi) premium customer support. Should you require direct technical support from the theme developers themselves, you must purchase an independent license directly from Elegant Themes.
Scope of Done-With-You Tech Support: Our technical setup is limited strictly to "Installation Integrity"—ensuring the template framework, global settings, and theme are correctly configured on your blank WordPress site so it looks exactly like our live demo.
Content Exclusion: Done-With-You support strictly excludes entering, uploading, formatting, or copywriting your content. Inserting your own photos, copy, text, and moving layout sections to fit your content remains your responsibility (utilising the training materials and tools provided in your portal).
Policy Violations: Violation of any copyright or distribution policies stated above will result in the immediate revocation of your API key and the denial of any future theme support for the lifetime of the product, regardless of whether additional products or licenses are purchased later.
